Grâce à des exercices pour se découvrir et découvrir l’autre derrière le masque social, nous partageons la qualité d’une relation à la fois complexe et si simple.
L’alternance du travail en grand groupe et en petit groupe permet de contacter la connexion permanente qui existe entre tous les êtres humains. A travers les exercices de prise de conscience du corps, de la respiration, et grâce à l’observation de mouvements parfois presque imperceptibles, nous entrons doucement dans le monde émotionnel de celui qui est en sou rance. Une approche ne et essentielle, en apprenant à devenir « vulnérable » et en se laissant imprégner, avec compassion et respect, par tout ce qui vit dans l’être humain qui est notre client.

A seminar for exploring soma (Greek for the body) with Jane Peterson, with the goal of developing a deeper understanding of our client and his or her system. Through exercises used to discover oneself and to discover the other person, behind his or her social mask, we share the quality of a relationship that is at once complex and very simple. Alternating between work in a large and in a small group allows us to enter into contact with the permanent connection that exists between all human beings. By means of exercises for becoming conscious of our body and our breathing, and through observing movements that are often nearly imperceptible, we gently enter into the emotional world of the person who is su ering. It is a subtle and substantial approach, in which we learn to become "vulnerable," allowing us to enter into resonance, with compassion and respect, with everything that is being experienced by the human being who is our client.
